What do we do next?

Now that we have talked about taking an idea and making it real, then building the brand, we need to go over the boring details of getting all the legal things handled.

You need to:

• Register your business with your state

• Apply for a DUNS

• Trademark your name (not required but recommended)

• Get a bank account

• Build a website

If you're looking to have a physical business space you'll have a million more things to do. But the list above are the top priorities.

The most challenging part of that list is building a website, at least it has been for me. There are so many things to learn, and so many things I'm still learning. Everything from finding a platform, to the cost, to the marketing.
